The book is dedicated to the outstanding scientists of the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The Institute founded in 1930 and 'walked a thorny path' of socio-economic transformations together with the country. This jubilee issue is timed to the 90^th anniversary of the Institute and includes both previously and first published essays about famous personalities of the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
