The papers included in the conference program will be published in 2024 in the proceedings of the V October International Conference on Theoretical Economics.
Application requirements

2. The papers to be presented at the conference must contain the results of original scientific research. A detailed abstract (in Word or RTF format, 500 to 1000 words / 4000 to 10000 characters, in Russian or English) should be attached to the application. In the abstract, the applicant should state the problem in question and describe the approach used to solve it, as well as the main results obtained.
3. The decision on whether to include the papers in the conference program will be made by the Program Committee with the involvement of independent experts after September 15, 2023, following which, by the end of September, the draft program will be published on the conference website. Authors of the papers included in the draft program will have to confirm their participation using their accounts in the online application system of the NEA Journal website. Otherwise, the papers will be excluded from the program.
4. Authors of the papers included in the conference program may submit their papers by the end of September, 2023, for their subsequent publication on the NEA Journal website as part of the Conference Proceedings (electronic version).
On May 25-27, 2023, the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences and Lomonosov Moscow State University are holding the 15th Pushchino Symposium on Evolutionary Economics.
Topic of the symposium: The Russian and the World Economies in an Era of Changing Global Economic Structures: Theory, Methodology and Practice
The following topics are on the agenda:
- Discussions on both the essence of global economic structures and prerequisites for the formation of new structures;
- Challenges on the path to a new world order;
- Reproductive cycles of national economies and the world economic system;
- Economic development trends according to the institutional and evolutionary theory;
- The new world: will it be unipolar, multipolar or bipolar?
- Theoretical synthesis and evolution of economic knowledge in the global world;
- Possibilities for long-term modeling in today's turbulent world, or the search for patterns in economic development;
Master classes for undergraduate and graduate students will be held as part of the symposium.
Applications for participation will be accepted until March 15, 2023.
Applicants will be informed on whether their papers are included into the program of the symposium by April 5, 2023.
A transfer from Moscow to the symposium venue (25th May after lunch) and back to Moscow (27th May after lunch), as well as accommodation and meals for the period of the symposium, will be arranged for its participants.
